I’m Mohamed Ibrahim. I build AI products and mentor founders through the same process.

I’ve built and launched three AI products: ARIA, an AI-powered productivity app for iOS with chat, voice, and vision features; BULLETPROOFFIT, a fitness app with AI coaching that’s live on the Apple App Store; and Ember, an AI-driven HR automation platform. Each product was designed, coded, and shipped by me—from technical architecture to App Store deployment.

Most AI founders struggle with one side: either the technical or the business. I do both. I write the code, design the system architecture, build the business model, and figure out monetization. That’s what makes me different as an AI product mentor—I guide founders through the complete process, not just one piece of it.

I work with AI startup founders through a 90-day mentorship program. We go from validating your idea to launching your product to getting your first users. You get weekly sessions, architecture guidance, business model design, and go-to-market strategy. This isn’t consulting where I give advice and leave. This is mentorship where I guide you through every decision—technical and business—based on what I’ve learned building AI products.

Before building AI products, I was a university lecturer teaching business strategy and product management. I hold three master’s degrees: MBA, Master’s in Information Systems, and Master’s in Project Management. I’ve published two books: “Model First. Strategy Second. Growth That Lasts.” and “Speak and Get Results”—both on business strategy and leadership for founders. I’m currently based in Barcelona, Spain, and work with founders globally.
